According to the Monster Manual,

Elementals are creatures native to the elemental planes. Some creatures of this type are little more than animate masses of their respective elements, including the creatures simply called elementals. Others have biological forms infused with elemental energy. The races of genies, including djinn and efreet, form the most important civilizations on the elemental planes. Other elemental creatures include azers, invisible stalkers, and water weirds.

Abstraction A strange creature, only seen at the event of major disasters. Your Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, or Wisdom increases by 2. Your size is Medium. Abstractions can hover up to 25 ft along the ground.
Awakened Weird Elemental weirds given a humanoid form through extreme magics. Your Dexterity and one ability score of your choice each increase by 1. The magics used to create them leave them with a humanoid form, giving them any build from humans, to elves, to dwarves, etc. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Azer Tough, dwarf-like elemental beings made of metal and fire. Your Constitution score increases by 1. Azer size is much like the dwarves they were originally modeled after. Your size is Medium Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Bonded Creatures born from the Elemental Chaos and ever in flux, these creatures are born alongside their Chaos Die. Your Intelligence score increases by 2 and either your Strength or Dexterity increases by 1. Bonded take the physical form of the first sapient being they see but must conform to some limitations in terms of form, averaging between 5 and 6 feet tall. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Callisto A faceless glowing race of liquefied stardust adventurers. Your Dexterity increases by 1 . Callisto tend to stand around 5 to 6 feet tall for the men and 4 to 5 feet tall for the women. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Cryslesian A race of sentient crystal creatures who originated from a chaotic plane filled with storms. Your Dexterity, Wisdom and Intelligence scores increase by 1. Cryslesians are a bit taller than the average human, standing slightly over 6 feet. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 35 feet.
Death Qaz Death has befallen you but the Shadowfell has raised you above both life and death Your Constitution score increases by 2 Death qaz are usually tall standing at about 7 1/2 foot tall at their tallest but because of the energies that made them they usually only weigh between 40 and 50 lbs. Your size is Medium Your base walking speed is 35 feet
Elnade Elnade are strong-willed, wise, and attuned to the waters around them. Your Wisdom score increases by 2, and your Dexterity score increases by 1. Elnade stand as tall as humans but are denser and consequently heavier. Your size is Medium. You have a walking speed of 25 feet and a swimming speed of 50 feet.
Fairy, Variant Puny manifestations of nature, these eternally young-hearted fey spend their days playing games and pulling pranks. Your Dexterity and Charisma scores each increase by 1. Fairies, though they vary extremely wildly in stature, lack significant power when they are too small. Fairies with enough power to stand alongside other races will usually be between 2 and 4 feet in height. Your size is Small. Your base walking speed is 25 feet, and you have a flying speed of 30 feet. You are capable of hovering while flying, but you will still fall to the ground if you are restrained, incapacitated, or knocked prone.
Flamekin, Variant Fire elementals born from freak magical accidents. Your Constitution score increases by 2. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 35 feet.

Galeb Duhr A boulderlike creature native to the Elemental Plane of Earth. Your Constitution score increases by 2, and your Strength score increases by 1. Galeb Duhr are 5 to 6 feet tall and can weigh between 400 to 600 pounds. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 25 feet.
Genie Phenomenal cosmic powers! Itty bitty living space… Your Charisma score increases by 1. Genies are large creatures by human standards that can measure up to 9 feet tall. Their weights vary greatly from the Djinni who barely weigh anything to the Dao that can weigh over 300 pounds. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Graveler Powerful earth elemental, following all the rules of the Musicus Meter rules. ;) Your Constitution score increases by 2 and your Strength score increases by 2. As normal, you cannot use this trait to exceed your ability score past 20. Graveler normally don't get much taller than 3 feet tall. Your size is small. Your base walking speed is 20 feet.
Kawari Shadowy elementals of balance Your Wisdom score increases by 2, and your Intelligence score increases by 1. Kawari are usually about 5 to 6 feet tall. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 35 feet.
Magmin Minature pyromaniacs of the elemental plane of fire. Your Dexterity, Constitution and Charisma scores each increase by 1. Magmins are fairly short, typically being between three and four feet. Due to being little more than an elemental bound within an harden shell, magmin normally only weigh between 25 and 50 pounds. Your size is Small. Your base walking speed is 25 feet.
Mana Creature A being made entirely out of magical energy. Your Charisma score increases by 1. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 25 feet.
Manas A race created through the convergence of wandering thoughts, memories, souls, and excessive magical energies. Your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score increases by 2. Your size is Small. In both your origin and humanoid forms, regardless of height, your physiology is poorly suited to effectively control large objects. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Mobile Water Weird A Mobile Water Weird is a Water Weird put into a special suit, allowing it to move around on land. Your Constitution score increases by 2. Mobile water weird's suits are built anywhere from 5 to 6 feet tall and are heavier than normal creatures of this size. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 30 feet. Your swim speed is 25, 30, or 35 feet depending on your subrace.
Mudcrawler Creatures born of mud, that can occasionally animate other mud puddles. Your Constitution score increases by 2, and your Dexterity score increases by 1. Mudcrawlers tend to stand at a bit over 3 feet. Your size is Small. Your base walking speed is 25 feet, and you have a swimming speed of 25 feet.
Nescerei Daughters of the air Your Charisma score increases by 2. Nescerei incredibly light and have the same size range as a human woman. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Niphin A race of humanoid beings made of solidified magical energy. Your Wisdom and Charisma scores each increase by 1. Niphins range from under 5 feet, to maybe scratching 6 feet. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Omegaunt Elementals of necrotic stuffs Your Charisma score increases by 2 and your Constitution score increases by 1. Your size is Medium Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Roba Elemental scribes that attempt to understand the universe Your Intelligence score increases by 2 You are tall but spindly, ranging in height from 6 to 7 feet, but only weighing between 80 and 100 pounds. Your size is Medium Your base walking speed is 25 feet. You gain additional modes of movement from your subrace.
Speiran A race of beings made airy to redeem themselves Your Dexterity and Charisma scores each increases by 1. Speiran are rarely larger than a dwarf if ever. Your size is Small. Your base walking speed is 25 feet.
Stonepeople Stonepeople are statue-esque beings Your Constitution score increases by 2 and your Strength score increases by 1. They average 7 feet in height, and can weight around 600 pounds. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Sugar Elemental You are sweet as honey and people tend to like you for your charming personality and your sweet touch. Your Charisma score increases by 2. As Sugar Elemental you can grow normally up to 6 feet and your size is Medium. Alternatively as a long ventured individual, you can grow even further and reach a size of large. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Vatranite Beings who succeeded a trial... and got punished by losing their bodies. Your Charisma, Dexterity, and Wisdom scores each increase by 1. Every vatranite changes to a near uniform height range upon being relocated to this new body, regardless of their former race. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Vessel Small Empty beings of a chasm who Fight to become hollow. Your Dexterity score increases by 2 Your size is small, a Vessels average height is between 2 and 4 feet tall Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Vihar Vihar are humanoid storm elementals that have a physical form. They can bleed, eat, and sleep like any other humanoid. Your Dexterity increases by 1 and your Charisma by 1. A vihar has the proportions of a human. Your size is Medium. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Xorn Gem-eaters born of the earth elemental plane Your Constitution score increases by 2 and your Strength score increases by 2. Xorn usually have a base height of 5 feet and can go as high as 7 feet. They're more heavy set. Your size is Medium Your base walking speed is 20 feet. You have 20 feet of burrowing speed.
