Overview[edit]

Adventures in Hyrule are the lifeblood of the Chosen One, Link incarnate, or a few chosen heroes of the realm. They typically involve clearing monsters from an area, solving a mystery that is tormenting a local village, or even trading items around. Because of multiverse timelines, anything can happen, especially when timelines split off because of one crucial moment, or moments that occurred: The Chosen Hero was killed prior to them rising up against a local pig-faced governor setting them on their path, or the true to heart local street rat pick pocketed a rare item that led him to investigate why the King was dealing with cult members of the Wind Mage Vaati- the possibilities are endless.

Adventures[edit]

Collecting the Spiritual Stones[edit]

  • The BBEG that has been waging war against the Kingdom of Hyrule for 20 years. Once the party is aware that the main goal of the BBEG is to obtain the Spiritual Stones to ultimately obtain the Triforce, the party can then embark on trying to obtain the Spiritual Stones before he, or his minions, can.

Kokiri Emerald[edit]

  • The Kokiri Village Elder Andre, has a staff that has a deep emerald green gem that is attached to the top of his staff. He explains to the party that this is the Kokiri emerald, a relic that was created by the Golden Goddesses. He warns that the forces of evil will be waging war against the forest in order to obtain it. He asks the party to protect the village, the forest, but most importantly, to keep the Emerald out of evil's hands. Failure to protect the Emerald could mean destruction of the village, or the forest.

Goron Ruby[edit]

  • After the Gorons were rescued and returned to Goron City, Darunia is grateful that the party was able to release all the captive Gorons, still wary of the parties strength, he challenges them to a test of strength. Upon proving their strength against him and some of his guards, he asks them to clear Dodongo's Cavern and will grant them the Goron Ruby as a token of brotherhood.

Zora Sapphire[edit]

  • In a small village in Zora's Domain, people have been noticing that there is abandoned building with recent receipts, freshly molded food in homes that have been lived in, but yet people don't know who owned these properties. Men and women are confused why there are opposite gender articles of clothing in their closets. People are running in the streets being driving mad and insane. The local doctors keep hearing the same general complaint - a specific gnawing on their brain like they just forgot something, but cannot remember why. Lurking beneath Zora's Domain, Dead Hand, a False Hydra, has been feasting upon the unsuspecting populous.

Side Quests[edit]

Rescuing a Family[edit]

A stranger bursts into the local tavern (or Milk Bar) and makes a small scene upon entry. He looks distraught. Speaking to him, he will introduce his name as Helam and he was sent by the Great Deku Tree to rescue a family who has been running from Castle Town because of the ongoing war. The Deku Tree has foretold that the child of the family will be of great help to Hyrule in the future. Helam can recruit the adventurers to join him, find the family and escort them back to Kokiri Forest to escape and live a peaceful life.

Freeing the Gorons[edit]

Upon arriving in the city of Mountain's Edge, the party arrives at the local tavern run by Daruk who has insider knowledge about why the Gorons have been missing and why the people shun away from outsiders and especially Gorons. He points out that there is a large stock pile of food - a resource that is in dire need in Goron City, that can be found underneath the Governor's extraordinary citadel. He warns that it can be difficult to infiltrate due to the guards. If the party attempts to infiltrate, they will see that the Goron Bandit One-eyed Jack has been colluding with the BBEG's minions and the Governor of the city Mountainside to weaken the Gorons in Goron City through starvation and reducing their strength in numbers by taking Gorons captive. Underneath the citadel, there are cages of captured and starved Gorons and a battle between the party and One-eyed Jack and his own minions.

Building a Library[edit]

Thalador Windwaker is a newly elected mayor of the small outpost of Truthskia. During his mayoral campaign, he vowed to build a glorious library that would rival or exceed any library in the Kingdom, home to rare books of knowledge, history, and secrets. He has recruited the talented Elandrison Starlight to spearhead the entire project as the lead architect on the construction of the library. Elandrison's request is to find six individuals, all ending in -son:

  • Blacksmith
  • Carpenter
  • Herbalist
  • Engineer
  • Stonemason
  • Hunter/Tracker

Having all of these talents available, not only will the library be built, there will be a core group of people have the knowledge, expertise, and the skills to help lift Truthskia from being a point of obscurity to a place where people of Hyrule and the world could come.
