Your arms begin to glow as masses of bolts release from all of your pores. When you cast this spell, and as an action afterwards while still concentrating on this spell, you can make three ranged spell attacks against a creature in range, with an additional -3 to hit. On a hit, they take 2d6 piercing damage.
Additionally, while not particularly hard to maintain, it does almost root the user in place. While concentrating on the spell, your movement speed is halved, and you cannot dash.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you make an additional attack when making attacks for this spell, for every two levels above 4th.
