Mike's Hard Lemonade
3rd-level Enchantment
Casting time: 1 Action
Range: 50ft
Components: A Drop of Ale and a Mug
Duration: Concentration, up to 5 Minutes


Each target within range must make a Constitution saving throw. If a target fails, they gain 1d4 Levels of Intoxication, or half as much on a successful save. A target's Maximum Intoxication is Equal to their Constitution Modifier +1. If a target critically fails the save, they immediately go to their Maximum Intoxication level, and become Confused for 1 round. At the beginning of each round after you cast this spell, you may use your action to give all targets who failed the save another 1d4 Levels of Intoxication.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher A target will gain 1d4 more Levels of Intoxication for each Spell Slot Level above 3rd
