This race has a score of 6.5 according to the Musicus Meter race guidelines. With this metric, first-party races' scores range from 4.5 to 8. This is a guideline, not a rule, and it's important to use your own judgment alongside this scoring.
This scoring may be the groundwork for a focused {{needsbalance}} usage. A contributor to this page may request a detailed breakdown of this page's balance. Without this information, {{needsbalance}} may then be removed. This meter cannot be the sole basis for a needsbalance template, but may be included as an accessory to a wider discussion of a race's balance.

Lopunny[edit]

Cost Racial Trait
2 Dexterity score increases by 2.
1 Charisma score increases by 1.
0.5 Darkvision
-0.5 Timid Nature
1 Burst of Speed
0.5 Leg Up
0.5 Cute Charm
0.5 Limber
0.5 Heightened Hearing
6.5 Total.

Timid Nature was originally Heightened Hearing, which read as follows:

"You have advantage in Wisdom (Perception) checks that involve hearing."

Nothing too broken, but I decided to give it a more negative trait especially considering I mentioned they were very timid in their bio but never utilized it. Then again, perhaps I should have kept both? Either way, the tradeoff to being more easily frightened is that you'll have a harder time being paralyzed thanks to Limber.

Burst of Speed was given a 1 because of it's similarities to my Weavile race's Shadow Dash, except Burst of Speed doesn't force you to wait a short rest to use it again and is 10 feet shorter. --MetalShadowOverlord (talk) 00:55, 24 March 2018 (MDT)

You could probably add that back in as its own trait since its flavorful and small buff wouldn't hurt here. --ConcealedLightThis user is an administrator (talk) 21:20, 2 June 2018 (MDT)
I suppose I could. I mean, it only increases it's score by 0.5 anyway. --MetalShadowOverlord (talk) 00:22, 3 June 2018 (MDT)

Lagomorph[edit]

I'm so happy someone knows that bunnies are lagomorphs, rather than rodents! --Calibri (talk) 17:14, 28 June 2018 (MDT)
