3 hydra heads appear from whatever you're casting from. for each head has a poison breath that does 2d6 poison damage. each creature that was hit by the poison breath must make a Constitution saving throw on a fail the creature gets poisoned on a success the creature takes half damage from the breath attack.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3th level or higher each hydra head deals a additional 1d6 poison damage. If this spell is up cast at 5th and 8th level they get a additional head.(max amount of heads is 5) but the new head do the same damage as if the spell was casted at second level. (exp. spell casted at 6th level 3 heads are doing 5d6 while the other head is doing 3d6.)
