You pluck at the strings which hold the fabric of time, causing ripples to form in space and resonate forward. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d4 thunder damage and only use an action or a bonus action on its next turn, not both.

This spell's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
