You target a number of creatures whose total hit points does not exceed 3000. The chosen creatures cant move, be teleported or in any other way move their feet from the spot where they were when this spell was cast. This effect lasts for the duration.
At Higher Levels/With More Casters. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 11th level or higher or with 7 secondary casters or more the total number of hit points that can be targeted increases by 1000 for every slot level above 10 or for every 5 secondary casters above 2.
