Range: 120 feet
Components: V, S, M (a quartz crystal worth 25gp)
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

A bright flash of light emerges from your pointing finger to a point you choose within range, turning into a violent blast of electricity. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 6d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

All creatures hit also make a Strength saving throw, and are stunned on a failed save for 1 minute. Every turn, they may make another Strength saving throw to break out of the stun, but with the DC for the Strength save increased by your spell proficiency.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the initial damage of this spell increases by 1d8 per spell level above 4th. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level of higher, the radius increases by 5 ft per spell level above 5th.
