Musicus Meter
Score: 5.5
This race has a score of 5.5 according to the Musicus Meter race guidelines. With this metric, first-party races' scores range from 4.5 to 8. This is a guideline, not a rule, and it's important to use your own judgment alongside this scoring.
This scoring may be the groundwork for a focused {{needsbalance}} usage. A contributor to this page may request a detailed breakdown of this page's balance. Without this information, {{needsbalance}} may then be removed. This meter cannot be the sole basis for a needsbalance template, but may be included as an accessory to a wider discussion of a race's balance.
This template should only be placed on a race's talk page. If this template is not placed on the talk page, please move it.

A few things were changed up from the original, thanks to ConcealedLight's assistance, but not much.

Blaze originally gave melee attacks an additional 1d4 of fire damage, but was changed to simply change unarmed strikes to fire damage. Blazing Flame (which was originally titled "Blazing Kicks, Flaming Punches" (that's a mouthful)), simply granted proficiency in unarmed strikes, but was changed to a version of Savage Attacks that granted fire damage when the additional die was rolled.

Bounce may sound like a strange name for an ability, but it is based on a Pokemon move by the same name that allows the user to leap into the air for one turn then slam down on the opponent the next. Plus it's a flying move, and since Blaziken is a bird... As for why it scored a 0.5, this is because of how the feat "Athlete" was rated in User:ConcealedLight/Musicus_Expansion. Aside from the ASI, the three main perks of this feat was rated, collectively, a 1, and Bounce is pretty much a copy-paste of one of the perks of the feat. Because of this, I gave it a 0.5. --MetalShadowOverlord (talk) 03:07, 7 May 2018 (MDT)
