Two bolts of arcane energy appear at your finger tips and strike a creature in range. Make two ranged spell attacks against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 force damage. If the creature is behind cover, the bolts ignores cover as long as there is a direct path to the creature within range.
At Higher Levels. Both bolts' damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
