Born from an egg and growing up in the Southern Transformation Kindergarten, so early on in his life he met and had a classmate who always picked on him, but shortly after leaving the Southern Transformation Kindergarten, he met a young man called Yamcha, who would eventually become his best friend. Soon after meeting a small boy with a monkey tail, a blue haired girl and small humanoid pig called Oolong (which he then warned everyone about how perverted Oolong was and how much Oolong picked on Puar), Yamcha and Puar tried to rob the group (something they had been doing for a long time in Diablo Desert), which they failed, but over time they began to hang out with the three of them, following them on many adventures onwards.

But because he wasn't a fighter like his friends, Puar soon fell behind due to his somewhat fearful nature, but he never stopped accompanying the group, especially his best friend Yamcha. Which he always followed, no matter which direction the future took
