11th-level Evocation
Casting time: 1 action
Range: 600 feet
Components: V, S, M (a mithril botlle worth at least 600 gp. Within the botlle there must be fog and an electrical object.)
Duration: Concentration, up to forever
Casters: 6

You summon a storm that are 20 feet high, long and wide. Within the area of the storm visibility is limited to 5 feet. As a bonus action on each of his/her turns the primary caster can command any of the following things that the storm will do. The storm can do any of the things once pr bonus action thee primary caster uses unless otherwise specified:
Move: The storm moves up to 60 feet and can enter the space of other objects and creatures and stop there.
Attack: The storm makes the following attack. This can be 20 times on different targets outside the storm and any number of times on targets inside the storm. Lightning Strike. Ranged Spell Attack: + primary casters spellcasting ability to hit, range 600 ft., one target. Hit: 165+primary casters spellcasting ability (30d10 + primary casters spellcasting ability) lightning damage.

At Higher Levels/With More Casters. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 12th level or higher or with 11 secondary casters or more the size of the storm increases by 10 feet in length, height and wideness and the damage of its lightning strike increases by 5d10 pr slot level above 11th or pr 5 secondary casters above 6.
