A spirit blade appears in your hand and sweeps at a creature within range. Make a melee spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes force damage equal to twice your level + twice your Constitution modifier + twice your spellcasting modifier.

This spell scores a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20. In which case, add half of the damage done to the total.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 8th level or higher, the damage increases by 10 for each slot level above 7th. When cast at 9th level, the spell also scores a critical hit on a roll of 18.
