Chakra. Killer B has 44 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Samehada Chakra. Killer B's sword, Samehada, has 0 chakra points and a chakra point maximum of 46. Samehada automatically loses 2 chakra at the end of each hour.

Endurance. When Killer B is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Constitution saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.

Ninja Speed. Killer B can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces.

Red Chakra. Some of Killer B's features grant him "red chakra". If his own chakra is less than his red chakra, he must attempt a DC 12 Constitution saving throw with disadvantage at the end of each of his turns. On a failure, he gains 1 level of exhaustion. This DC increases to 14 in Initial Release, 16 in Tailed Release, and 18 in Tailed Beast Mode. These special "red" chakra are counted separately from his normal chakra. He can use this chakra on one Jutsu or spread them across multiple, but he can not spend these points and his own normal chakra points on the same jutsu. This chakra can extend above his chakra point maximum, and is lost at the end of a short rest.

Bee clan the chakra lost and red chakra gained from maintaining your jinchuriki forms is halved. (included)

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Killer B can make 3 unarmed strike, Super Vibrato Lightning Blade, Samehada, or kunai attacks.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (4d4 + 3) magical bludgeoning damage.

Kunai. Thrown Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage. Killer B may spend up to 3 chakra when he takes this action, making one additional attack per chakra point spent. Each additional kunai deals 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage on a hit.

Super Vibrato Lightning Blade. Melee or Thrown Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) lightning damage. Killer B may spend up to 3 chakra when he takes this action, making one additional thrown attack per chakra point spent. Each additional kunai deals 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage on a hit. Any attacks with these weapons ignore damage reductions and damage thresholds, and deal twice as much damage to temporary hit points and objects.

Samehada. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) magical slashing damage, and they lose a number of chakra points equal to Samehada's base damage die roll (7) and Samehada regains an equal amount of chakra. If the target does not have chakra points and you are not using the Chakra Exhaustion variant rule, they take an additional 7 (2d6) necrotic damage instead of losing chakra points.

Samehada's Rejuvenation. As a bonus action, Killer B spends up to 6 of Samehada's chakra points to either regain an equal number of chakra points, or regain twice as many hit points.

Transformation (1+ Chakra). Killer B becomes identical to a person, creature or non-magical object he has a complete visual image of. This can not be a light source, armor, tool, or vehicle and, and he can not recreate a magical effect. Creatures must make a DC 17 Investigation check to realize that he is transformed. If the creature saw him performing the Jutsu, they automatically succeed. This does not change statistics, save for granting the creature's swimming and flying speeds.

Body Flicker (3 Chakra). Killer B's movement speed doubles, and his movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

Disturbance Taijutsu (6 Chakra). Killer B's attack rolls gain a +3 bonus for 1 minute (concentration). This ends if he casts any jutsu.

Acrobat (8 Chakra). Killer B wields 5 Super Vibrato Lightning Blades for 1 minute (concentration). For every 2 chakra spent when he takes his Multiattack action while this jutsu is active, including the initial cost, he may make 1 additional attack, but may only make 1 attack with each weapon you are wielding.

Reverse Mist Beheading (8 Chakra). Killer B moves up to 15 ft. and make three attacks with Samehada or Super Vibrato Lightning Blade. These attacks either have advantage or cause the target to take twice the weapon's damage on a hit, his choice.

Hidden Chakra. When Killer B has less than half his maximum chakra, he gains 19 red chakra. He may use this once, regaining all uses at the end of a long rest.

Initial Release. As a bonus action, Killer B enters Initial Release. This reveals him as a Jinchūriki to anyone that can see him and anyone who can detect magic or see chakra may make an Insight check, and he gains the following benefits:

  • The cost of all Jutsu Killer B knows are reduced in chakra costs by 1, except for Jutsu that only cost 1 chakra.
  • Killer B's movement speed increases by +10 ft.
  • At the start of each of his turns, Killer B regains 3 hit points.
  • Killer B gains advantage on Strength and Dexterity checks and saving throws.
  • This state ends if Killer B chooses to do so as an action, or if he is knocked unconscious.
  • Killer B loses 1 chakra and gains 1 red chakra at the end of each of his turns.

Tailed Release. While Initial Release is active, Killer B gains the following:

  • Killer B's unarmed strikes deal an additional 2 (1d4) slashing damage.
  • Killer B's movement speeds increase by 15 ft.
  • Killer B regains additional 3 hit points (6 total) at the beginning of each of his turns.
  • Killer B can activate Hidden Chakra as a bonus action, and can use red chakra in tandem with his own.
  • Killer B loses 2 chakra and gains 2 red chakra at the end of each of his turns.

Tailed Beast Mode. As a full turn action, Killer B becomes identical to Gyūki with the same percentage of hit points remaining. If he is reduced to 0 hit points, Killer B returns to his normal form. Killer B keeps his features, chakra points, and chakra point maximum while in this form. Killer B loses 3 chakra and gains 3 red chakra at the end of each of his turns.

Ink Production (1 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: they are blinded until the beginning of Killer B's next turn.

Ink Amplification (5 Chakra). When Killer B casts a jutsu that deals damage, all of its damage is converted into thunder damage. Additionally, if the target fails jutsu's this saving throw, they become blinded 1 minute. They may retry this saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending this effect early on a success. If the jutsu did not have a saving throw, the target must attempt a DC 17 Constitution saving throw after they take damage.

Cranial Eighth Sword (3 Chakra). Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (4d4 + 3) magical piercing damage.

Shadow Clone (4+ Chakra/Clone). Killer B creates up to five clones. Each clone has 5 hit points and the chakra spent creating it (this applies to things that would reduce the cost). The clones can take actions as normal, but do not benefit from the Extra Attack feature. Killer B controls them and they act on the same initiative. They last until they are reduced to 0 hit points, they expend all of their chakra, Killer B dismisses them at will, or they fall unconscious. If the clone still has chakra when it dissipates, Killer B regains any remaining chakra from the clone - 4 (minimum 0). Each clone is otherwise identical to Killer B, including equipment, features, and any effects affecting Killer B when he creates the clone. Any charges, such as from features or magic items, are shared between all clones and Killer B. If an effect would cause a clone to gain at least 1 level of exhaustion, including at the end of the effect's duration, the effect fails and the clone automatically dissipates. When a shadow clone dissipates, the main body receives any memories it has acquired as if it experienced it itself.

Sealing Technique: Octopus Hold (1 Chakra). When Killer B creates a shadow clone, he imbues it with ink for 1 minute (concentration). When it is destroyed by any means other than being dispelled, the closest creature to the clone must attempt a DC 17 Strength saving throw. On a failure, they are restrained. They may retry this saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending this effect on a success. This also causes Killer B to not regain the base chakra spent to create the clone.

Octopus Leg Clone (4 Red Chakra). When Killer B creates a shadow clone, he imbues it with one of Gyuki's tentacles. The clone can not enter Initial Release, Tailed Release, or Tailed Beast Mode. If the clone drops to 0 hit points, it becomes unconcious instead of dying. If it spends longer than 1 hour unconcious, or if its chakra points are dropped to 0, it dies instantly.

Lightning Style: Lariat (10-30 Chakra). Killer B moves 15-45 feet in a straight line and forces one creature within 5 ft. to make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 31 (4d12 + 4) magical bludgeoning damage. Killer B may increase this damage by 6 (1d12) for every 5 additional chakra points spent to a maximum of 59 (8d12 + 4).

Octopus Hug (10 Chakra). One creature within 30 ft. must attempt a DC 17 Strength saving throw. On a failure, they take 16 (5d4 + 3) magical bludgeoning damage and are restrained for 1 minute. On a success, they take half as much damage.

Tailed Beast Arms (1+ Chakra). As a bonus action while Tailed Release is active, Killer B's reach increases by 5 ft. until the end of his turn. Killer B may increase his reach by an additional 5 ft. for every 3 additional chakra spent.

REACTIONS

Substitution (3+ Chakra). When Killer B is hit by an attack and would take damage, he decreases the damage by 24 (1d10 + 19) and teleports up to 15 ft. in any direction to an unoccupied space, during which he takes the Hide action. A generic object is left in his place and he takes any remaining damage from that attack. Killer B can reduce this damage by an additional 6 (1d10) points per chakra point spent over the initial cost.

Cloud-Style Deception Beheading (6 Chakra). When an attack is made against Killer B, he moves up to half his movement speed toward the attacker and makes a melee attack against them with advantage. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.

Being a fun-loving person since his childhood, his rapping, and later his status as a jinchuriki, often pushed others away. Despite this, these qualities, along with his ample strength, lead to him becoming the adopted brother of the Fourth Raikage, being the only one in the entire Cloud Village at the time to be able to match his strength in just his base form. B cares greatly for his friends, idolizing Yugito and not holding a grudge after a young Motoi attempted to kill him. Commended by Minato Namikaze himself as being an extremely deadly shinobi, Jinchuriki or not, Killer B is an absolute force to be reckoned with. Unlike his uncle and predecessor Blue B, Killer B was able to control Gyuki, initially due to having a fresh seal, but later due to having befriended the beast. Forbidden by his brother to leave his village's borders, he regularly spends time on the secluded islands only technically within his domain.

When he was attacked by Taka, B easily struck down the trio of fighters, with Sasuke only surviving due to Karin's immediate care. Bored with their weakness, he left the island, walking across the lake back to the mainland. However, this gave Suigetsu time to use his strongest techniques, defending from B's now fully unbridled might while Jugo amplified Sasuke's Amaterasu. Unable to stop the flames, he reverted to his base form, using one of his severed tentacles to substitute in a clone, holding off any Akatsuki attacks for a while while he tracked Sabu to gain insight on improving his music career.

As the two traded words, they were suddenly attacked by Kisame Hoshigaki. As Sabu and Ponta began to drown and B's chakra began to rapidly shrink, Samehada developed a liking to B's Eight-Tails chakra, leaving its wielder. A arrived shortly after, and the two killed the fishman, or at least a major clone of him, in a single Double Lariat, though Kisame technically still lived within the sword's mouth. As the Fourth Shinobi World War began, the Leaf Village's Naruto was secured within the Cloud's ever-moving Island Turtle alongside B in order under the cover of an older jinchuriki training a younger ally. As Naruto awakened Kurama Chakra Mode, he became aware of Kisame, who feld with Samehada, though against the fish-blade's will. Now at full power and alone, B had to be saved by Guy, who quickly won with his Seventh Gate opened, allowing B to retake Samehada. While dead-set on keeping the idealistic Naruto safe within their chakra-sealed room for the sake of the tailed beasts and the war, when the gig was up he joined his escape effort he protected they boy from A and Tsunade's attempt to keep him locked up no matter what.

As the two trekked across the battlefield, they did battle with the revived Itachi and Nagato, and while they were on the backfoot for most of the fight, they ultimately won thanks to Itachi's crow. Separated from Naruto, Killer B came face-to-face with the revived Blue B, with the Eight-Tails chakra once stored within him intact, revealing that his rampages were due to Orochimaru in order to harvest one of his horns for experimentation. When Blue B witnessed Killer B put his own life at risk to save Motoi, he was glad that his successor had surpassed him both physically and personally. Finally catching up to Naruto, the two battled Obito and his Six Paths of Pain, being just able to hold off six of their seven opponents before receiving backup on the part of Guy and Kakashi. Using the moment of Obito's initial defeat as an opening, B attacked the Gedo Mazo, with little effect. When Madara arrived as well, B's concern for his brother got the better of him, allowing the revived Madara to steal most of Gyuki, though B survived by cutting off one of Gyuki's tentacles to keep within him, allowing him to live to see the Infinite Tsukuyomi. After he was freed, Gyuki decided to be sealed within B again, returning Samehada to the Mist in the peaceful new era and focusing even harder on his music.
