Chakra. Katsuyu has 3 chakra points which she can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Endurance. When Katsuyu is targeted by an area effect that lets her make a Strength saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails the save.

Ninja Speed. Katsuyu can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces.

Katsuyu: Immense Network. Katsuyu can use her Chakra Transfer Technique on any Slug of Shikkotsu Forest regardless of range.

Senjutsu Chakra. Some of Katsuyu's features grant her "senjutsu chakra". At the end of each of her turns inside initiative that she does not meditate, 2 senjutsu chakra becomes normal chakra. She does not lose senjutsu chakra in this way outside of initiative. Katsuyu can spend senjutsu chakra as if it were normal chakra. A creature may have a number of senjutsu chakra points equal to a quarter of their chakra point maximum or Wisdom score, whichever is higher unless they have this feature, in which they may have a number equal to their chakra point maximum. If this limit is exceeded, they become petrified.

Nature Chakra Sense. Katsuyu may take the search action as a bonus action. When Katsuyu takes the search action, she may also attempt a DC 14 Arcana check to locate living creatures and magical effects within 30 feet. She see a faint outline around the detected chakra source and what school of magic or chakra nature the magical effect was created from, or one that the creature can use if any, can be discerned by her. This effect can penetrate most barriers, but is blocked by 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) magical bludgeoning damage.

Basic Ninjutsu Technique (1 Chakra). As a bonus action, Katsuyu can move across liquid surfaces as if they were solid. If she is submerged, she rises to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round.

Chakra Transfer Technique (1+ Chakra). One creature that Katsuyu touches gains a number of chakra points equal to this jutsu's cost. This chakra can extend above the target's maximum, and Katsuyu may grant them the ability to cast 1 jutsu that she knows until they lose any chakra he granted them, but they must spend at least 1 chakra she granted them on this jutsu. A creature may only learn 1 jutsu in this way from any single creature. The target loses 1 chakra point gained above their maximum in this way at the end of each of their turns, and all chakra gained in this way at the end of a short or long rest.

Tongue Tooth Sticky Acid (5 Chakra). One creature within 30 feet must succeed a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they take 14 (2d6 + 1d4 + 5) acid damage and are blinded for 1 minute. On a success, they take half as much damage and are not blinded. They may retry this saving throw at the end of each of their turns.

Slug Great Reunification. While touching another Tiny Katsuyu, the two Katsuyu become a single Medium Katsuyu.

Healing Jutsu. One creature Katsuyu can touch regains a number of hit points equal to chakra spent up to 54 hit points.

Chakra Control. As a bonus action, Katsuyu reduces her next jutsu's cost by 5. She may use this action up to 5 times, regaining all uses at the end of a long rest.

Mystical Palm Jutsu. Katsuyu has a pool of 19 d6s she can use on this action. As a bonus action, Katsuyu can heal one creature she can see within 60 feet of her, spending up to 5 dice from the pool. She must roll the dice she spends, add them together, and restore a number of hit points equal to the total.

Sage Meditation. As a full turn action, Katsuyu becomes blind and prone until the beginning of her next turn, and 4 points of Katsuyu's normal chakra becomes senjutsu chakra.

REACTIONS

Slug Fortitude. When Katsuyu loses hit points or chakra points from any source other than herself, she reduces the amount lost by 3 (1d4 + 1).

While not as skilled in combat, and therefore as well know, as her contemporaries Gamabunta and Manda, Katsuyu, the legendary Slug of Shikkotsu Forest, easily outclasses the two in overall talent, especially in the field of medical ninjutsu. Throughout history, she has been summoned by multiple incredible shinobi, including Tsunade of the Sannin, her student Sakura Haruno of the New Three-Way Deadlock, and arguably even Hashirama himself. Despite this size of Katsuyu and her common form being on almost two entirely different sides of the scale in terms of size and strength, this size is almost as common, being best for largescale healing, reconnaissance, long-range communication, and even escaping single-target attacks.
