Hemorrhage (5e Spell)
From D&D Wiki
|Casting time:||1 action|
For the briefest of moments, you manifest very small, extremely sharp objects inside each creature of your choice within range that you can see. Each affected creature must make a Constitution saving throw, taking half damage on a successful save. On a failed save, a creature takes 4d4 blood damage, and takes an additional 1 blood damage at the start of each of its turns for the next minute. This effect ends on a creature if that creature regains hit points.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the immediate damage dealt increases by 1d4 and the damage over time increases by 1 for each slot level above 2nd.
