Reviewing the Cryomancer
I saw you requested some peer revision in the chat and I have a couple suggestions right of the bat after looking at your class Padeiro, first I would change hit dice to a d6, a d4 is unreasonable even for a high level caster, and then remove heavy armor, shields, and martial weapons for light armor and simple weapons. I would make it so you can't heal the barrier with healing spells, but you can spend a minute to restore it to full hp or build a new one. I would also completely remove the level 11 ability, you made most of your traits heavily caster focused, I would remove any melee or weapon fighting aspectstoday, 02:39 And on a last note I forgot to mention, either buff the last ability by making the barriers invincible for a round, or overhaul it entirely, it's extremely lackluster right now similarly to the board, perhaps imposing disadvantage to enemy initiative rolls
Hi Padeiro, the class features you moved for the Sentient Weapon were at those levels for a reason. Do not think of features like "Magic Weapon" as class features. They are there as magic item substitutes, since this race/class cannot wear or wield most magic items. Marasmusine (talk) 11:05, 16 March 2020 (MDT)
