Thought Purge (5e Spell)

You attempt to halt a creature's train of thought. The target must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw. The target takes 2d6 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. On a failed save, the target has disadvantage on concentration saving throws caused by this spell's damage, and the target cannot speak or take reactions until the beginning of its next turn. This spell has no effect on creatures with an Intelligence score of 3 or lower or constructs.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
