Underpowered

This is worse than other light armours, as it caps the DEX mod applicable, which I can't see a reason for it lore-wise

I remember this originally being a light armor with capped dex with the intent of being a light armor for people without the gold for anything actually good, as reasonably a leather jacket isn't as maneuverable as true leather armor but still offers a small degree of protection, but I guess I switched it from l to m assuming someone would get upset over it. --Ref3rence (talk) 08:29, 25 March 2021 (MDT)
