Source Question

OK, I've heard of this race from an independent source, but can't find where it was published. My question is : where was this race originally published? Or is it a creation of this wiki? You are under the assumption this race was published elsewhere, but there is no evidence of it. The page was made in Oct 2020 by user Nuactna and has been edited extensively to its current state by SalvaDude. The image remains unattributed, but is the trait and text all the same if you so claim that this was taken from somewhere else? There are a good number of axolotl-like races even on this wiki alone.
