You focus energy into your forearm and release it as a wave of energy bolts. All creatures within a 15ft cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 2d10 Force damage or half as much on a success. A creature that fails its saving throw within 5ft of you always takes the maximum damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 1st.
