Soul Tap (5e Spell)

You touch a creature, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw or be Paralyzed for the duration. The creature must also make a Wisdom saving throw or be Stunned for the duration. On it's turn each round it can repeat the saving throws. On a success of the Constitution saving throw it ends the Paralyzed condition. On a success of the Wisdom saving throw it ends the Stunned condition. This spell has no effect on Constructs and creatures that don't have a soul.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th or higher the spells range increases by 10 ft. At 6th, it has a range of 10 ft. At 7th, it has a range of 20 ft. At 8th, it has a range of 30 ft. and it's duration becomes 1 minute. At 9th, it has a range of 60 ft., it's duration becomes 1 minute and 30 seconds/15 rounds, and it has disadvantage on the saving throws.
