Specialized Chakra. Remon has 3 specialized chakra points which she can expend on Chakra Transfer Technique. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike. Melee Spell Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage.

Katana. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d10 + 1) slashing damage.

Chakra Transfer Technique (1+ Chakra). One creature that Remon touches gains a number of chakra points equal to this jutsu's cost. This chakra can extend above the target's maximum. The target loses 1 chakra point gained above their maximum in this way at the end of each of their turns, and all chakra gained in this way at the end of a short or long rest.

Jinchuriki Seal (20 Chakra). As an action, Remon must first write a seal on a humanoid using ink. This seal lasts for 12 days or until it is removed as an action. As an action, Remon targets one creature and a humanoid with the seal within 15 feet. She must then succeed a DC 25 Intelligence or Constitution saving throw. On a failure, Remon gains three levels of exhaustion. On a success, Remon gains 1 level of exhaustion and the creature is sealed inside the humanoid, which is unconscious for 5 (1d10) hours. After a creature has been sealed, the only way to remove the seal is with this Jutsu to target one creature sealed within them, and the target may cause this jutsu to fail by succeeding a Dexterity saving throw against the caster's jutsu save DC. If the creature is a Tailed Beast, the humanoid becomes a jinchuriki. If the creature is not a Tailed Beast, the humanoid becomes a vessel.

Remon is a member of royalty from Daidai Village, an important civilian village in the Land of Fire. At the age of 20, when the mark of Soma appeared on her left palm, she was betrothed to her childhood friend Kankitsu Akitsuki in order to complete the ritual to seal Sōma away for another 100 years, though the two did love each other. However, Kankitsu slowly became cold and controlling, as unknown to her he was being controlled by Sōma. Fleeing to the Leaf Village, she ran into Konohamaru, who she accidentally fell in love with. Knowing their love couldn't be, he returned her to Daidai Village by her request, where he and Boruto caught wind of Kankitsu's plan to release Soma, though he had them imprisoned before they could do anything about it. Escaping as the ceremony began, they were able to hold it back temporarily, but were forced to seal it inside Remon, yet again at her request, removing the need for the 100 year ritual, but erasing all of her memories in the process.
