Has the user create a crackling surge of thunder with the roar of a dragon in a space around the user. Creating “hadron terrain”. While you and up to 3 other creatures yiu designate when casting the spell. are in hadron terrain, they have resistance to lightning and Thunder damage. Whenever you make an attack roll in hadron terrain, add 1d12 lightning damage to hit. Whenever you cast a spell that deals lightning damage, add an additional 2 dice to the damage die. At the start of any creature’s turn, if they do not resistance or immunity to lightning damage, they must make a constitution saving throw, if they fail, they take 1d10 lightning damage and subtract their movement speed by 5 feet until the end of their turn.
