I have tried to find the prestige classes for 5e (I know they don’t exist in the real game) but I cannot find where the prestige classes are listed.

Here it is. It's technically listed as 5e Special Classes on the 5e Classes page due to the inclusion of racial classes. Also, technically prestige classes have at least been released by WotC in UA.
