Ashkin's Spazzledazzle (5e Spell)

Choose a point within range. A crackling and sparkling 10-foot radius sphere appears centered on that point. All creatures within the sphere must make a Dexterity saving throw or else be surrounded by jets of fire which obscure all sight short of truesight to the outside world. If any creature touches a jet of fire, it takes 3d6 fire damage. Additionally, creatures outside the sphere within 30 feet of it must make Dexterity saving throws or be stunned by the beautiful yellow and orange fire of the sphere until the end of their next turn. Any creatures with the Sunlight Sensitivity racial trait have disadvantage on this saving throw.
If a creature wishes to enter or exit the fiery sphere, they must make a Strength saving throw against your spellcasting modifier. On a success, they enter or exit and take only half the usual fire damage.
