Forged by the supernatural hunter Samuel Colt, the colt can kill almost anything in existence. This magical revolver has a bonus of +3 on attacks and damage rolls. When you hit a fiend or an undead with it, that creature takes an extra 2d10 radiant damage.

Supernatural Slayer. The colt when found has 13 original bullets. A creature hit by one of these bullets is instantly killed. Creatures that would otherwise return to their planes of existence (such as Fiends or Elementals) have their essence destroyed. When a creature with legendary resistances is hit by this bullet, one Legendary Resistance is instantly consumed, and the creature must succeed on a DC 19 Constitution saving throw or is incapacitated and unconscious for 1 minute. The creature automatically fail if it has no Legendary Resistances left.
