As this item is currently, even with the long duration on storing a spell, this still needs to be heavily reduced in power to not overshadow all other magical items. Currently this item can hold a maximum of 63 spell slots worth of spells, which completely breaks the bounds of what a magical item should be able to provide. For reference, a rare reserve Ioun Stone can store a total of 3 spell slot levels, and a balanced legendary item could maybe hold 6 or 7 spell slot levels if that was the only effect the item had.--Blobby383b (talk) 23:10, 29 March 2018 (MDT)
