A Look at This Item[edit]
While I presume this item is about raising the dead, it does have a variety of problems including:
- This should require attunement or else you are basically given PC's the ability to keep around zombies with animate dead
- The rest of the spells besides animate dead aren't in 5e
- The charges costs should be equal to the spell slot level
- You shouldn't be able to increase the amount of charges you can regain in any way.--Blobby383b (talk) 09:40, 6 May 2018 (MDT)
