So the idea is that this creature is so large that players must get close to its head to kill it (like in Bayonetta) - after all, the head itself is Gargantuan! The optional rule in the DMG means that a party of adventurers can engage in combat with it while standing on its chest. Marasmusine (talk) 19:27, 14 June 2017 (UTC)

Personally, the way I'd approach this is, mechanically, by making the active parts of the body (legs, arms, hands, head, etc.) have their own stat blocks as if they were individual creatures, and treat the body as regular old terrain... insofar as moving, breathing terrain allows. Kill the head, and the rest die as well.
It kind of reminds me of Sandalphon's ye olde scriptural description: that it would take a man 500 years to walk the length of his body. --Jwguy (talk) 20:45, 14 June 2017 (UTC)
I suggested the separate-body-part idea to the commissioner, but they wanted to keep it as one statblock. Thanks though! Marasmusine (talk) 08:25, 15 June 2017 (UTC)

"Fog, smoke and other gases cannot form in the tornado, nor can Medium or smaller creatures or objects cannot fly within it." This part of the Tornado description is worded a little wonky. Can Medium or smaller creature fly in the tornado, or can they not? Clockwerk66 (talk) 13:36, 16 June 2017 (UTC)
