Where is this from?[edit]
I know it's homebrew but is there a specific source? This race is a bit broken but I don't think it's beyond redeemable with alterations. It has decent lore.
Are people allowed to edit it in order to re-balance it?

This is original content I created for my "Scars of Raesokera" campaign setting. I haven't made updates in a while because I've been fairly busy, but I have been keeping notes in a notebook that I'll eventually transcribe onto the wiki including a map.
But yes, feel free to work on any of the Raesokera races for balancing purposes. Just don't alter the lore and fluff (except spelling, grammar, punctuation errors if found). I am happy to discuss the lore and I'm open to constructive critique and making changes.
