Questions & Other Things

I have 3 main concerns and/or questions about what this item does. Those being:

• The item possibly has a bit too many max charges and regains too many charges especially since you are casting a 4th level spell even if it is limited. I believe that the max charges could be reduced to 5/6 and charges regained at dawn changed to 1d4 + 1.
• Why is the saving throw to not be polymorphed Constitution instead of Wisdom? I feel like either some additional background is needed about how the item warps your physical body/doesn't target the mind or the saving throw needs to be changed to Wisdom like the polymorph spell.
• The save DC on the item is far too high. A save DC of 18 or 19 is usually reserved for legendary items while a save DC of 14/15 would be more appropriate for a rare item.

Overall though, I do like the idea behind this item. The last minor thought I have is that you could possibly include the option to cast the speak with plants spell for 1 charge as well.--Blobby383b (talk) 15:01, 6 January 2020 (MST)
