Addressing Stub[edit]
I am not familiar with 4e but do environments have to have those qualities to be complete? My experience is the DM has the burden of those things. For a quest or something similar I could see more detail but I think this user simply created a city for anyone to use how they see fit. BigShotFancyMan (talk) 07:10, 20 September 2018 (MDT)
