grammar/clarity[edit]
I changed the to hit on the light beam to saving throw because there weren't any comments on what you'd use for a to hit and I think it also goes along with how magic items work. The DC is sort of high because for a legendary item it is pretty weak. I reckon the damage could be increased, though how far would take time to research as magic items aren't my strong suit. ~BigShotFancyMan talk 20:04, 9 December 2019 (MST)
