Lacking in Weapon Effects

What effect in or out of combat does this dagger have? Currently, the dagger does next to nothing and it is a sentient item.--Blobby383b (talk) 00:59, 5 February 2018 (MST)

The weapon is still not adequately descripted. How long does the summoned sword last for and does it take an action, bonus action, or reaction to use? When does the wielder get into arguments with the wielder as well?

The weapon is also currently not even close to the power level of other legendary weapons let alone sentient legendary weapons.--Blobby383b (talk) 12:18, 8 February 2018 (MST)
