See the DMG pp. 285, the maximum bonus a magical item can achieve is +4 and normally that would be an item's sole effect. Since this item isn't legendary and it has other effects, I changed the bonus to +2 which is 1 below the Max Bonus for very rare items.--Blobby383b (talk) 14:57, 20 April 2018 (MDT)
