No, they are not. This boon does not adequately describe what it is meant to do. It appears to add spell slots based on certain conditions, but those conditions are not specified adequately, nor are the levels of said spell slots described. Yeah, it could really use a few more words. At least a basic description of what it does, like "you gain an X amount of extra warlock spell slots", nothing too extreme. You gotta remember 5e doesn't function on cryptic phrases and quoting rules instead of just having the text there. I have made further edits to try and give more direct explanation of what this boon is meant to do Is this more satisfactory? I know it is not edited well, I am not too good at text editing.
