I can see the reason why legendary is reasonable for this item. Altogether it averages good for a very rare item, and then I get to the ritual part. Casting rituals in the rhythm of normal combat is really good, and quickening spells like, for example, Absolute Darkness (5e Spell) in my opinion is worthy of a legendary item. --Green Dragon (talk) 23:40, 15 January 2019 (MST)
