Weapon (shortsword), rare (requires attunement) This magical shortsword is rather hollow and is cold to the touch. The weapon is colorless and got its name after many spirits of the fey bonded with this weapon due to this fact, the weapon originated in the Feywild when a random fey creature cut down a tree and handcrafted it into a basic mock shortsword that was completely wooden but for some reason, many fey creatures bonded their soul inside the sword and it's unknown why. Spirit Bonded. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. The souls of the fey creatures invisibly latch onto you upon attunement and feel their presence, you gain resistance to cold damage and the shortword cannot be forcibly removed from your person. Additionally, this weapon deals cold damage regardless of its original damage type and because that is so, the shortsword deals an additional 1d6 cold damage. |
