Speed Dragonbeast (5e Race)
From D&D Wiki
"We're far from kobolds, don't ever compare us to those lowly creatures ever. We are much more developed!" --A Speed Dragonbeast thug telling a caravan owner to never compare them to kobolds.
Considered the most bizarre Dragonbeast, these ones whilst keeping a lot of the similarities of the dragons they come from, Speed Stingers, outside of growing an opposable thumb, and a more upright position, and smaller snouts and further back eyes, are still considered bizarre. They're arms are around 5 feet instead of the usual seven, and are sometimes mocked for their lack of breath. However they are still feared for their speed stealth and venom.
Like all Dragonbeasts, they had appeared and evolved from the ancestors they derive from, in this case the Speed Stinger.
Pack dragons they are normally rogues, that are lead by a leader, and they rarely ever stray from the pack, as they normally become confused and disoriented if such a thing happens. They are commonly mistaken as a race of Kobolds, which they then proceed to get angry and defensive about, this hatred of kobolds still has yet to be explained.
