Weapon (any), uncommon

Sea-soaked weapons are a blanket term for any weapon that has been abandoned in the ocean for hundreds of years. These weapons tend to be covered in ocean floor debris, but strengthened through their aquatic trials.

Shell-Shocked. A sea-soaked weapon will initially be covered in shells. A DC 12 Intelligence (Investigation) check must be made to discern that it is a weapon. Upon determining this, the item may be taken to a blacksmith to have the debris removed for a small fee, or a DC 15 Strength (Athletics) check to break the stones off by force, or the use of smith's tools to remove them, at the cost of the tools themselves.

Natural Pressure Treatment. Once the shells are removed from the impact area (i.e. the blade of a sword, a hammer's head, a spear's tip), you have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, which deals aqueous damage, in addition to its other types. Enchantments may still be applied to the weapon, though the cost of adding such enchantments are one rarity higher than their effect.
