This heavily modified crossbow uses fire and thunder magic to blast steel shards in a small area, instead of shooting bolts.
Once per turn, as an Attack action, you can pull the trigger to send a thunderous wave of shrapnel in a 15-foot cone originating from you. Each creature in this area must make a DC 15 Dexterity throw, taking 3d6 slashing damage on a failed save or half as much on a success.
If you don't wield the blaster in two hands during this action, the DC is 10 instead.
