Rod, Very Rare (requires attunement)

The Rod of Clarity was made by an Artificer whilst exploring the Shadowfell, it was believed to keep him sane during his endeavors. The rod in question has a large black gemstone that glows at random intervals. The gem stone has the line "EVERYTHING IS NORMAL. EVERYTHING IS FINE. I WORRY ABOUT NOTHING. BECAUSE NOTHING IS ON MY MIND." carved into it.

All of the abilities of the Rod of Clarity are regained at dusk.

Cleared Mind. As a bonus action, you can press the staff against your forehead, you gain advantage on your next Intelligence or Wisdom skill check.

Peace and Quiet. You may cast the silence spell once using this staff. When casted in this way, you can ignore the penalties of the spell.

A Little Privacy. So long as you are within the material plane, you and anyone else touching the rod can be teleported into a hidden 900-foot square area, inaccessible to anyone else barring the use of plane shift. You may alter the area as you so choose with inanimate objects, but nothing created inside can leave nor can you alter things that enter. You can enter this place twice, and as another action you can leave, reappearing exactly where you teleported from.
