Ring, Very Rare

"Ring of binding buffs and nerfs certain stats and attributes of the wearer, the only downside is that when they equip it, the only way to un-equip it is to either die, or use the very rare and very hard to cast spell called "Unbinding". If the player tries to remove the ring via brute force or any magical spell/ability that isn't the "unbinding" spell, it will drain some of the hit points!"
