Ring, Very Rare

A ring made of wrought iron with a small blue gem adorning it. The ring has 5 charges and recovers 1d4 + 1 at dawn.

Binding. As an action, you may expend 1 charge from the ring and fire two large iron bands at a target within 30 feet. The target must succeed a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or become restrained by the large bands wrapping around their arms and legs. Creatures of a huge or larger size class automatically succeed the saving throw. The creature remains restrained until you use a bonus action to release the bands or if a creature succeeds a DC 20 Strength saving throw

Rooting. As an action, you may expend 1 charge from the ring and plant your feet firmly on the ground. Metal spikes form near the base of your feet and root you into the ground. While standing still, you may not be pushed back or knocked prone by any means, magical or otherwise. You may dismiss these spikes as a bonus action.

Web of Bands. As an action, you may expend all charges from the ring and fire iron bands in a 30 foot circle around you. An amount of creatures of your choice, equal to the amount of charges in the ring, must succeed a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or suffer the effects of the Binding feature.
