Pulling Shade
2nd-level conjuration
Casting time: 1 action
Range: 60 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

You manifest a swirling mass of darkness, as if a whirlpool made of pure shadow, on a 20-foot square of ground within range. This manifestation of shadow lasts for the duration. Any creature that begins its turn within 20 feet of the edge of this manifestation must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pulled 20 feet closer to its center. A flying creature has disadvantage on this saving throw.

Any creature that starts its turn within the manifestation itself, or enters it on its turn, must make a Constitution saving throw. It takes 10 (3d6) necrotic damage on a success, or half as much on a failure.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for every two slot levels above 2nd.
