Armor (parmula), varies (major)

This small metal shield is a common piece of defense among clerics. It is imbued with a blessing that enables it to deflect incoming spells.

Spell Deflection. The parmula of magic deflection holds up to 3 charges, and regains 1d2 charges daily at dawn. You can expend a charge to swing with the parmula and cast counterspell, with the slot level of the counterspell depending on the parmula's rarity: 3rd level (rare), 6th level (very rare), or 9th level (legendary).

You can only use the parmula of spell deflection's counterspell against a spell or cantrip that would deal damage to you.
