Oozing Lash (5e Equipment)

Weapon (whip), uncommon (requires attunement) This weapon appears to be a rusty handle, from which springs forth a rope-shaped tube of ooze. Whenever you make a melee attack with this magic weapon, it deals an extra 1d4 acid damage on a hit. In addition, you can attempt to make a grapple against a creature within 5 feet using the oozing lash instead of a free hand. A creature grappled by this weapon takes 1d4 acid damage at the start of each of its turns until the grapple ends.
