This creature was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Martial Artist (Dragon Ball Supplement) class and Adventurer (5e Background) background, and as such does not follow traditional CR.

Ki. Oolong has 4 ki points which he can expend. All ki points are regained at the end of a long rest.
Shapechange. At the cost of 2 Ki Points Oolong can perform the Shapechange spell without any of the materials and as if he was a 9th Level Wizard.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4 - 1) force damage.

In another timeline, Oolong never met the Pilaf Gang, but still befriended his friends through similar, yet vastly different means, which ended up allowing them to gather all Seven Dragon Balls. On his journey, he met the Desert Bandit Yamcha, the genius girl Bulma, the Martial Artist Goku, a fellow ex-classmate, the transforming cat Puar, the turtle hermit Roshi, and a girl named Pansy, whom he helps free the land from the evil King Gurumes. On his journey, he fights alongside these friends against Gurumes and his forces.
