Scales.png This page is of questionable balance. Reason: A normal whip is a martial weapon. Also, given the flavor of this weapon, it would almost certainly be a martial weapon, requiring much training to get good edge alignment with the dagger at the end. Most commoners wouldn't have this weapon anyway.
